It keeps getting better from here!


Well today started out fantastic yet again, jumped out of bed and got a good start on my day...just got back from the gym...


Alternate between Hang Squat Cleans x 3 and Assisted Dips x 5


HSC - 55/65/75/80/85/90

Dips - 90/80/70/60/60/60


Then...

As Many Rds in 10 Min.

3 Double Unders, 9 Hip Smashers

4 rds plus 3 dbl unders

(harder than it looked was aiming for 8 - 10 rds)
