Crossfit Total!



First time doing this workout and after some encouragement of knowing what numbers I should be striving for mathematically calculated....I went for it today!




BackSquat - 180lbs PB (previous was 150lbs)


Shoulder Press - 70lbs (not what I expected)


Deadlift - 220lbs PB (previous was 218lbs)




I have been trying to get to 220 for a long time on my deadlift in combination with advise from James and the guy beside me in the gym today who helped me get focused on the lift....I FINALLY did it...Look out 225lbs I'm coming for you next!
